These terms govern your use of Self Driving Events, a service operated by Mplode Corporation ("we", "us"), including this website. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Self Driving Events helps event organizers arrange catering for events, receive invoices, and pay them online. We may change or improve the service over time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into contracts to place an order. Keep the contact details you give us accurate.

Orders and payment

Each catering order is invoiced separately. Invoices are paid through Stripe's secure checkout, and Stripe's terms apply to the payment. A payment link is valid for one order and stops working once paid.

Text messages

Text messages are optional and are not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. The SMS Terms govern our text messaging program and are part of these terms.

Acceptable use

• Follow all applicable laws.
• Don't interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Don't attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' information.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mplode Corporation and its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date.
